There are two viewing options.
1. Page wise in an Image format (faster than the
second option, no need of other software to be installed)

2. A single file to be viewed in Acrobat Reader 5 or greater (recommended for internet connections having good speed using Cable/DSL or Higher).

Right Click on the Issue you need to download and select "Save target as..." option from the menu to the desired location.
